We arrived and waited for a while. The front desk scanned my ticket more than 5 times. Then the system told me that I parked 3hr 12secs. So I payed extra 10 dollars for 12seconds. Happy to share my experience!

A little pricy and not many spots but for a convenient valet? Would absolutely use again and again! Everyone was very nice and helpful when I had questions too : )

I had a good experience with Solaris. The attendants were nice & professional. They work long hours, so it makes sense that they deal with lots of different people. I gave tips as a thanks for the valet parking and easy requesting of my vehicle. Just make sure you confirm that the timer has start so you can promptly pay and request for your car. Just be friendly, don't be rude, and be on your way. If you come super late to the garage, don't expect people to be there. French quarter is very busy & there's a lot of locals/tourists. Will use this again if I stay near the French quarter!
